“Y” CITY

“Y”City: This is my first novel and some say the best. I have been asked countless times to do a series on it, and may. It would be ideal for a TV series; the characters are so strong. It begins when a young man is hauled into town early on Saturday morning. A crowd has already gathered with signs about hanging. This is Harley Wright, local cowhand and ladies man. The women love him or hate him. All the men hate him, that’s for sure. He is accused of a dreadful crime that shook the small town and it is a foregone conclusion amongst most folks he will hang. From there it is non-stop action as the Sheriff Hollis Brown must sort through lies, gossip and hearsay. Time is not on his side either; his deputies quit and desert him. Even his best friends turn against him. Things get tense, there is a killer on the loose and almost no one he can trust. What makes “Y”City so popular is Sheriff Hollis Brown. He is a man that never loses his sense of humor and a man who never backs down. He doesn’t give a shit what anybody thinks but for justice he will put his life on the line every time.
