THRILLER VISION
Reminiscent of the great matinees of yesteryears, Thrillervision grips the reader with one mesmerizing story after another and evokes the ambiance of the great classic horrors we all remember. It begins with Text’d, the tragic story of a strikingly beautiful young woman who is texted by some unknown “friend.” Her fascination and curiosity leads to entrapment as she is seduced into a dark world she cannot escape, and virtually everyone becomes a prisoner of “friend.”
Next, Rivers treats us to the “Yomen”, the ultimate story of a vacation gone wrong. Clint Roberts, a man down on his luck, takes his daughter and her best friend on a canoeing expedition where thy have the great misfortune on the river of crossing paths with the epitome of evil. Their dream vacation becomes a fight for survival as they come face to face with the Yomen.
Finally, you are introduced to a short but powerful macabre world in Line 21. What happens when government gains too much control? The consequences are horrific. Whatever your lot is in life, you don’t want it to end here….but you may, we all may. Nothing is scarier than the truth.
In between these three thrillers, Rivers gives us even more and provokes the reader with “mini’s”. Call them what you will, but they grip you in an instant. Some will enlighten, and some will
awaken, and though short, some may give you more than what you bargain for. Just as with a good movie or matinee, the mini’s can be as captivating as the features themselves. So grab your popcorn, pull the covers up, turn down the lights, and don’t forget to lock your doors.
