Just Natural Organic Cous Cous Wholemeal 500g

Organic Wholemeal Couscous is made from wholemeal durum wheat, giving it a slightly nuttier flavour and noticeably more fibre than standard white couscous while cooking just as quickly. Simply cover with an equal amount of boiling water or stock, cover and leave to stand for around five minutes before fluffing with a fork. It works just as well as standard couscous alongside tagines and stews, or cold in Mediterranean-style salads with vegetables, herbs and a citrus dressing. As it's made from wheat, it does contain gluten, so it isn't suitable for a gluten-free diet. Certified organic and vegan, with no added sugar, it's a slightly more wholesome everyday alternative to white couscous. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
